UW Credit Union Program Disclosure Statement:

UW Madison has partnered with UW Credit Union to provide financial services to the campus. These services include, but are not limited to, no fee ATM machines and a campus branch location. This contract was awarded following a competitive procurement process. UW Madison receives financial compensation for ATM and branch location rent as well as additional support for student programming and services.

Students, faculty and staff do not need to have a UW Credit Union account in order to use their Wiscard for card-authorized services such as door access, library and recreational sports services, or to use the Wiscard campus account. This banking program is optional and compensation is not tied to the number of participants in the program.

There are numerous financial institutions available within the community to meet personal banking needs. The University encourages everyone to evaluate these options carefully.
